Requirements

HCLTech Spain is seeking a Senior IBM-AIX Engineer to join our 24x7 service organization in Madrid. You will drive technical service resolution, provide pre- and post-sales support for IBM AIX environments, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep AIX expertise, HACMP/NIM/VIOS experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex incidents, and maintain rigorous change and problem management practices.
