Data Analyst Principal

GDIT is looking to hire a Principal Data Analyst. The qualified individual

delivers high-impact analytics supporting SOF readiness, sustainment, and logistics decisions.

This position provides critical technical expertise in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF). You will help design and implement cutting-edge, data-driven systems that collect, interpret, and report performance information on high-performance vehicles and their sub-systems. Your work will enable advanced insight into logistics, operational performance, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle extension for these mission-essential platforms. Responsibilities

• Build mission dashboards and readiness metrics.
• Develop data collection standards and analytic methods.
• Perform statistical analyses and trend forecasts.
• Prepare executive briefings and analytical summaries.
• Contribute to governance and mentor analysts.

• BA/BS with 8+ years analytics experience.
• Expert SQL and BI tooling.
• Strong storytelling skills.
• Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Preferred

• Experience with operations or sustainment data.
• Suggested Technical Stack
• SQL, Python.
• BI: Power BI (DAX), Tableau.
• Data Modeling: dbt, Great Expectations.

• Geospatial: ArcGIS, Mapbox., Years of Experience 8 + years of related experience

Salary and Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
