Job description

  • Utilizes well defined software processes, such as Agile, to work in a rapid development environment as part of a development team.
  • Designs, codes and unit tests front and back-end solutions for integrated systems using packages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Go, SQL.
  • Develops integration code to connect and interface systems and services.
  • Develops solutions that utilize open standards and ICDs to promote interoperability through service based architectures.
  • Analyzes, fixes, and documents DRs on systems.
  • Be able to rapidly prototype/mock up solution design, look, feel and aesthetics
  • Prepare documentation of all solutions developed
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to development.
  • Analyze user feedback against current system designs/requirements and solutions system updates that reflect that feedback accordingly.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic, talented and experienced Full Stack Software Developer who can create and maintain complex IT applications. This person needs to have the ability to assess user feedback, rapidly tailor user interface functionality to meet client needs, and modify application code with business logic. You will need to be a hands-on contributor in a fast-paced agile environment. This person must have a passion for web development and be a strong communicator. The Full Stack Developer will also need to have the ability to modify both front and back-end application code during the implementation phases., * 5 years of professional experience of web development with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Experience working with both front and back-end programming languages and SQL/No-SQL database technologies: Desired: ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL. Alternatives: VueJS, Go, MySQL, ElasticSearch
  • Experience working in Agile environments and facilitating working sessions across teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to advocate design principals and approach
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of user-centered design/human centered design principles
  • Knowledgeable about Web Accessibility requirements
  • Ability to interact, navigate and adapt to challenges in an ever-changing environment, managing expectations of customers and multiple teams.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
  • Self-motived individual
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required and eligibility to obtain a CI poly
