Job description

We are looking for a hands-on OCM - Strategy & Transformation Consultant with a strong Business Analyst skill set to join our transformation consulting team. This is a blended role: roughly half your time is organizational change management (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption) and half is business analysis (requirements, process mapping, documentation, and turning workshop output into clear, client-ready artifacts).

You will be staffed across a range of client engagements over time - spanning industries and program types such as IT transformation, strategic IT planning and portfolio management, operating-model design, process improvement, and enterprise change initiatives. You will work alongside senior consultants and client leadership to help design and roll out new ways of working. The right person is early-to-mid career but already confident running their own workstreams - able to take an ambiguous ask, structure it, and produce polished work with light direction.

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Your Role

Support business transformation initiatives through a combination of change management, business analysis, and operational excellence.

Partner with client stakeholders and project leadership to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking activities.

Develop and coordinate change communications, training materials, playbooks, job aids, and enablement resources for diverse audiences.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and feedback forums to gather requirements and drive alignment.

Elicit, document, validate, and analyze business and process requirements through interviews, workshops, and process reviews.

Map and document current-state and future-state processes, operating models, governance structures, and business workflows.

Create client-ready deliverables, including process flows, RACI matrices, governance documentation, templates, playbooks, reports, and executive presentations.

Support the design and implementation of business processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.

Track and manage actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and open items across project workstreams.

Collaborate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders, adapting communication style to the audience.

Contribute to program governance, status reporting, and overall project delivery excellence.

Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, documentation, communications, process design, and business analysis activities.

Apply critical thinking and business judgment to validate, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs.

Ensure accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and responsible use of AI and client data.

Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to improve team productivity, innovation, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience blending organizational change management and business analysis (consulting, internal transformation, PMO, or IT program environments).

Demonstrated experience on at least one change management effort - stakeholder analysis, communications, and training / adoption activities.

Solid business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, process mapping, and clear written documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication; produces clean, well-structured documents and presentations with minimal rework.

Highly organized and self-directed - can own a workstream, manage competing priorities, and follow through to completion.

Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; comfortable with collaboration tools (SharePoint / Teams, Miro or similar).

Hands-on experience using generative-AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in day-to-day work, with the judgment to verify and refine their output.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Exposure to IT operating models, portfolio / PMO, or IT governance environments.

Familiarity with change frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter) and / or BA practices (BABOK); relevant certification a plus.

Experience in utility, energy, or another regulated industry.

Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Experience creating process diagrams and visual artifacts (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
