Oracle ERP Testing Lead

Bachelor s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Certification(s) such as Oracle Cloud (SaaS), Oracle Fusion, or Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Certification, ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent software testing certification).

Proven expertise leading and owning multi-phase testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel) with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS), including planning, execution, and defect management.

Deep functional knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules, with the ability to translate business processes into test scenarios.

Primary Skills

• Proven program-level testing leadership experience that includes end-to-end testing strategy, governance, quality gates, and execution

• Hands-on experience developing UAT and parallel end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned to business and compliance requirements

• Experience working within the staffing or workforce-solutions industry, with familiarity in areas such as timekeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and transactional workflows

• Experience with large and complex ERP programs/transformations that involve multiple system integrations, data flows, and workstreams

• Strong ability to coordinate and guide business users through UAT and parallel testing, including training, daily standups, issue triage, and readiness assessments

• Expertise using test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)

• Experience validating financial/payroll accuracy in parallel runs

• Understanding of Oracle ERP security roles and workflow configurations
