Oracle ERP Testing Lead

Serve as testing lead for Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) programs, managing all phases of testing (SIT, UAT, regression, parallel).

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned to business/compliance requirements.
• Translate business processes into effective test scenarios using deep functional knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules.
• Coordinate and guide business users through UAT and parallel testing, including training, daily standups, issue triage, and readiness assessments.
• Oversee defect management using test management and defect-tracking tools (such as Jira).
• Validate financial and payroll accuracy during parallel runs.
• Interpret and work with functional design documents, BRDs, and configuration workbooks.
• Collaborate and manage cross-functional stakeholders, including business owners, solution architects, developers, and PMO teams.
• Ensure testing governance, quality gates, and execution at the program level.
• Work 100% remotely within the US.
• Utilize hands-on experience within the staffing/workforce solutions industry (e.g., timekeeping, payroll, accounts payable, transactional workflows).
• Apply understanding of Oracle ERP security roles and workflow configurations.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, ISTQB, etc.).
• Experience with large complex ERP programs with multiple system integrations and workstreams.
