Solutions Engineer

The team is early, highly technical, and deeply customer-focused. They work closely with enterprise customers and are looking for a solutions engineer who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market., This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who is both technically strong and highly communicative.

You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to support pre-sales efforts, lead technical demos, and partner with customers post-sale to ensure long-term success. Youll also play a critical role in feeding real-world customer insights back into the product roadmap., * Partner with go-to-market teams on pre-sales efforts, including leading technical calls and product demos

• Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and success criteria
• Collaborate with product and engineering to build features, fixes, and improvements driven by customer feedback
• Act as a technical point of contact across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling explanations for varied audiences

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 4+ years of experience in engineering, product, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a related role

• Strong technical foundation (experience with Python and/or modern frontend frameworks is a plus)
• Comfort working directly with customers and leading technical conversations
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Interest in AI systems, developer tools, or highly technical products
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
