Senior iOS Software Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing AI-powered digital products with an accent on Swift, SwiftUI, and modern mobile architectures. Focus on translating business requirements into technical specifications, mentoring the team, and leveraging AI tools to streamline development workflows. What you will do Drive team efficiency initiatives and introduce new technologies like Cross Knowledge Training. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and infrastructure decisions. Document and communicate design decisions to technical and business stakeholders. Maintain ownership and accountability for end-to-end mobile project delivery. Identify and recruit skilled engineers to support team growth. Requirements ~5+ years of professional iOS development experience. ~ Strong hands-on expertise with Swift and SwiftUI. ~ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. ~ Proven experience with mobile architectures (MVVM/MVP), system design, and API design. ~ Portfolio featuring at least two published iOS applications. ~ Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and third-party library integration. Nice to have Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting, research, and process automation. Experience with backend technologies (Fullstack background), GraphQL, or Firebase.
