Solution Architect

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for delivering solutions that align with customer outcomes, conducting technical discovery, and building strategic relationships with clients., * Serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems agentic systems platform in complex customer environments

• Translate customer business goals into solutions that meet customer’s desired outcomes
• Point of Contact for complex questions, solution tradeoffs and industry best practices
• Partner with OutSystems Solution delivery team on proof of concept (PoCs) delivery
• Proactively conduct technical discovery to uncover deep-seated pain points and identify immediate, impactful opportunities for both the Customer and OutSystems
• Deliver strategic high-quality presentations and workshops for enterprise customers
• Be a trusted advisor with deep insight on IT architecture and agentic systems positioning
• Solve complex business problems using OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting or similar customer facing technical roles
• 4+ years experience leading technical strategy for enterprise level projects or solutioning
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong business acumen with compelling presentation and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of agentic systems, web/ mobile app development and business modeling
