Job description

Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and platform tools.

  • Develop and promote reusable modules, frameworks, and standardized programming paradigms.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and message queues.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including object/data model design, security and sharing, and automation tools.
  • Employ a mix of declarative (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and programmatic (Apex, Visualforce) approaches for optimal solutions.
  • Harness Salesforce’s AI and automation features (such as Einstein and Copilot) to deliver intelligent, efficient business processes.
  • Champion coding excellence, documentation, code reviews, refactoring practices, and technical debt reduction.
  • Serve as a technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance to development teams with limited oversight.
  • Operate within Agile development environments, support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee release management and deployment using modern CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, etc.).

Desired Outcomes:

  • Delivery of stable, extensible, and scalable Salesforce systems following architectural and security standards.
  • Increased productivity and value derived from leveraging AI and automation capabilities within solutions.
  • High reliability and maintainability of system integrations through careful design and monitoring.
  • Improved SDLC efficiency by fostering the use of standard components and streamlined workflows.
  • Strong alignment with stakeholders and business units, minimizing defects and iterative rework.
