IT Support & System Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable, fully on-site IT Support & System Maintenance Specialist to manage our wholesale technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime for our Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) environment, warehouse operations, and daily office productivity., * Maintain Great Plains ERP: Oversee daily system performance, user access, and troubleshooting for our core financial and wholesale inventory modules.

• Provide Desktop Support: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for on-site staff using Microsoft Office and productivity applications.
• Support Warehouse Tech: Troubleshoot critical distribution hardware including barcode scanners, label printers, and shipping terminals.
• Administer User Accounts: Manage onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and email setups within Microsoft 365 / Active Directory.
• Monitor Network & Infrastructure: Maintain local office and warehouse Wi-Fi, network switches, and firewalls to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Execute System Backups: Perform routine data backups of Great Plains databases and test recovery protocols regularly.
• Maintain Hardware Inventory: Track, set up, and repair company laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experience: 2+ years in IT support, specifically within a wholesale, distribution, or logistics environment.

• ERP Knowledge: Direct experience supporting or maintaining Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is highly preferred.
• Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 administration and Windows operating systems.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on troubleshooting skills for TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and local server environments.
• Hardware Skills: Experience maintaining thermal printers, RF scanners, and workstation hardware.
• Role Requirements: Must be able to work fully on-site, and provide occasional after-hours emergency support.
