Application Specialist - OnBase

• Day-to-Day unit functions of specialized technology such as: OnBase Document Type User management, groups, roles, profiles, permissions, import processors
• Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): document type, keyword type configurations

• Workflows & Dashboards (20%) Support:

• Tier 3 support for production systems.
• SDLC
• Monitoring applications.

• User support. (15%) Document:

• Technical requirements.
• Business Process Workflow diagrams.
• Work on approved project management software.

• Knowledge base and deliver Technical Documentation (10%) Coordinating:

• Releases/ Change Request Owner
• Testing & deployment

• Monitor user adoption (10%) Liaise with:

• Business partners & users
• Vendors both for implementation projects and issue support

• Technical liaison to Software Engineers, systems engineers, Database Administrators, and other IT Teams. (10%) Analysis of:

• Areas for improvement where technology can enhance efficiency, quality, or member satisfaction.

• 5 years of relevant experience with OnBase
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration
• Creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures
• Creating Workflow and OnBase Scheduling
• OnBase Document Import Processor
• OnBase troubleshooting (e.g. Diagnostics Console)
• OnBase Security groups
• OnBase Retention
• Well-rounded and communicative
• Solution minded problem solver
• Collaborative and team player attitude with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Able to the work schedule and attendance policy established by the manager.
• Able to confidently interact with technical, non-technical, and management staff.
• Review and refinement of the product backlog, sometimes contributing to setting priority.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technical advancements.
• Able to speak English fluently.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• 7 years of relevant experience
• COLD / AFP import processors
• OnBase Dashboards
• Building and supporting OnBase Advanced Capture
• Using OnBase Studio
• Creating Capture Process Designer scan queues that include Advanced Capture steps
• General knowledge of OnBase Capture Pipelines and OnBase Scan Queues
• OnBase Office Integration/Plugins
• Hyland OnBase certification(s)
• Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience working with SCRUM Agile

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.
