Senior Software Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a to support a leading organization within the cybersecurity and certification space. The will be responsible for designing and building a centralized platform that provides real-time visibility into Common Criteria (CC) programs, project status, testing activities, and certification progress. This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack engineer who enjoys developing scalable applications, integrating data from multiple systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards that enable stakeholders to track critical program milestones and outcomes. This is a long-term open-ended contract position.

• Design, develop, and enhance a centralized platform that provides real-time tracking of Common Criteria programs and certification initiatives.
• Integrate automated testing results, including Cert Gate, V6 testing, FIPS testing, and other certification data sources into a unified application.
• Build front-end dashboards and reporting capabilities that display project status, milestones, test progress, and program health metrics.
• Develop backend services and APIs to aggregate, normalize, and present data from multiple internal systems and repositories.

• Strong full-stack development experience with Python and React.
• Proven experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications, dashboards, reporting tools, or workflow platforms.
