Job description

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems.
Utilize Java, MapReduce, and cloud technologies to build robust solutions.
Perform algorithm development, requirements analysis, and software testing., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
Work individually or as part of a team to design and code new software or modify existing software.
Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
Resolve software problem reports, debug existing software, and correct defects.
Utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies.
Provide input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration.
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
Develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories.
Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
