Job description

In this role, you will serve as a technical administrator supporting a dynamic, private-cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll provide Level 3 support, perform system maintenance, and help manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft, Linux, and network technologies, and collaborates well across teams and vendors., Level 3 Support & Administration:

  • Escalated support for Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams
  • Manage Group Policy, server permissions, and SQL Server security
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and participate in on-call rotation

Cloud & Server Infrastructure:

  • Patch management for Windows, Linux, and applications
  • Perform site visits to assess hardware and refresh needs
  • Hyper-V deployments and maintenance in Azure/AWS
  • Use monitoring tools (Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, vendor tools)

Networking & Connectivity:

  • Administer DHCP, DNS, and public IP address assignments
  • Support cloud security and site-to-site connectivity
  • Collaborate on new site setups and infrastructure refreshes
  • Interface with vendors to support operations

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Act as a liaison between technical staff, users, and vendors
  • Provide remote/on-site diagnostics and resolution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned systems

Requirements

Need someone PROFESSIONAL. Shows up on time, is reliable, motivated, good communication skills, etc., * Strong experience supporting Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and IIS

  • Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Hyper-V, and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Dell, and HP hardware
  • Linux system administration knowledge a plus
