Oracle Cloud Planning & Procurement Lead

• Lead Oracle Cloud Planning & Procurement implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment for:
• Supply Planning / Demand Planning
• Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate into solutions
• Manage global client interactions and onsite coordination
• Lead workshops, CRPs, UAT, and go-live activities
• Provide functional leadership to offshore/onshore teams
• Ensure best practices, process optimization, and solution scalability

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Planning & Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives across Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Planning + Procurement) and a proven track record of leading global implementations.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a client-facing, onsite environment, including travel to Mexico when needed., * 15+ years in Oracle Applications

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Planning (Supply/Demand Planning)
• Procurement modules
• Experience in at least 2+ Oracle Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of SCM business processes
• Expertise in:
• Requirement gathering
• Solution design
• Functional documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, * Experience working in global delivery models
• Exposure to manufacturing / distribution industries
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
• Willingness to travel internationally (Mexico)
