Requirements

  1. · At least four (4) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years performing software development, application configuration, or integration development for enterprise information technology solutions. Can cite a maximum of 3 projects to meet the requirements. · At least three (3) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years configuring, developing, integrating, and deploying an enterprise rules engine, business rules management system, or decision-management platform. The experience must include developing rule sets, decision tables, decision flows, decision services, or comparable executable rule artifacts. Can site a maximum of 2 projects to meet the requirements. · At least two (2) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years integrating a rules engine with enterprise applications, APIs, services, events, messaging, data sources, or batch processes. Can cite a maximum of 2 projects to meet the requirements. · At least two (2) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years implementing rules-engine lifecycle controls, including versioning, effective dating, source control, testing, deployment, rollback, logging, or audit capabilities. Can Cite a maximum of 2 projects to meet the requirements.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. · At least two (2) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years configuring, developing, integrating, and deploying the DMV-provided rules-engine product identified in the RFP or Vendor’s Library for a production Solution. · Should have at least two (2) FTE years of experience in the last seven (7) years identifying, decomposing, converting, or migrating business rules from IBM mainframe applications involving COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, or batch processing into an enterprise rules engine or decision-management platform.
