Job description

Technical Architecture & Advanced Development

Architect Solutions: Design end-to-end solutions that balance declarative configuration with complex programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
Enforce Best Practices: Set coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
Optimize Data Models: Design and maintain scalable custom data architectures, sharing models, and security matrices.
Refactor Legacy Code: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing technical debt to improve platform performance.

Integration & DevOps Leadership

Design Enterprise Integrations: Build secure, real-time and asynchronous integrations with ERPs, billing engines, and legacy databases via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
Manage Release Management: Own the CI/CD pipeline, branching strategies, and environment synchronization across Sandboxes using tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
AppExchange Governance: Evaluate, install, and technically audit third-party managed packages.

Mentorship & Stakeholder Management

Lead Teams: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
Translate Requirements: Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and business users to convert complex business processes into concrete technical designs.

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 10-12+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.
Programmatic Skills: Expert-level mastery of Apex (Asynchronous Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and advanced SOQL/SOSL query optimization.
Modern UI Frameworks: Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Integration Patterns: Extensive experience with OAuth, JWT, Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events), and bulk data migration tools.
