Job description

Kforce is looking for Senior Data Analysts. Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements, business intelligence (BI) data, and trends to define functional specifications; Collecting BI data; Designing and developing robust extract, transform, load (ETL) processes; Developing and implementing complex BI tools, data warehouses, and systems using ETL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx, and QuickBase; Developing and enhancing data solutions using BI tools and distributed systems; Implementing AWS microservices, architectures, and containerization; Maintaining and updating BI tools, dashboards, and pipelines; Migrating data between legacy systems; Building target maps to conduct data ETL into the data warehouse and cloud platforms; Providing SQL server analysis, Metadata management, data governance, and data lineage; Designing data models for migration from existing systems; Developing data mappings; Creating dashboards, BI mappings, workflows and transformations; Developing and executing BI testing; Analyzing, optimizing and validating data stores and cleaning and manipulating raw data; Designing BI solutions; and Documenting modifications and enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or Engineering and one years’ experience in position or IT field.

Special requirements: Experience with ETL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $60.00 to $90.00/hr., The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
