Streamline data flows within the unit, working in close collaboration with the ICT department to ensure efficient and secure data exchange.
Standardize data structures, including experimental process flows, tool recipes, characterization setups, and other research-related datasets.
Roll out processes defined at corporate or unit level, ensuring consistent implementation and compliance within the unit.
Suggest AI-for-research(ers) topics and maintain a comprehensive overview of ongoing AI activities within the unit, acting as a central point for AI initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Enable requirements and support the (operational teams) in reporting and dashboarding.
Promote a way of working that is in line with the Information security policy. Enable, roll-out and provide feedback to new data and security initiatives.

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, AI implementation, or research support roles.
Strong understanding of data architectures, research data workflows, and AI technologies.
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Skills and Attributes:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Given the international character of imec, proficiency in English is mandatory.
