(Senior) Trading Analyst, Autobidder

As a Senior Trading Analyst, you’ll drive algorithmic trading strategies to maximize revenue, support customer asset optimization, and accelerate the adoption of storage in renewable-heavy grids. You’re driven by impact, thrive on complex challenges, and excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments. What You’ll Do

• Drive data-led insights in battery fleet performance to drive smarter, data-backed trading strategies
• Analyse regulatory shifts, market reforms, and new flexibility products across the Netherlands and other European countries
• Benchmark Autobidder’s performance against competitors and simulate scenarios to identify strategic edge
• Lead high-impact meetings with customers, TSOs, regulators, and internal stakeholders to align on performance and strategy
• Collaborate with algorithm and software engineers to automate reporting tools and scale analytics capabilities
• Own real-time market operations through on-call rotations, ensuring reliability and responsiveness

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles - with a focus on energy markets, electricity trading, or energy storage.
• Proven experience in European electricity markets - trading or market research.
• Strong Python skills - ability to build, adapt, and run tools to extract insights from data.
• Proven ability to work across teams and bridge technical, commercial, and policy perspectives.
• Experience or interest in engaging with TSOs, regulators, or market design consultations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.
