Job description
We are looking for a Testing & Validation Engineer to support data center / infrastructure testing and acceptance projects. This role will focus on test execution, validation, project acceptance, factory acceptance testing, quality control, supplier coordination, and on-site test management.
The role is suitable for candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, weak current systems, data center testing, commissioning, quality control, or technical project delivery., * Support the execution and validation of overseas data center / infrastructure test projects, including test planning follow-up, test progress coordination, and test quality control.
- Coordinate on-site test activities with internal teams, suppliers, third-party testing parties, and customer representatives.
- Monitor the implementation of test plans and ensure test scope, test content, and execution standards meet technical requirements and contractual expectations.
- Track and follow up test progress, identify risks or issues during the testing process, and support issue resolution and escalation.
- Ensure the testing process complies with safety requirements, quality standards, and customer acceptance requirements.
- Participate in factory acceptance testing, site testing, project acceptance, and quality control activities for large-scale projects.
- Review and support inspection of key quality control points, such as electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance, and related system performance indicators.
- Review and coordinate supplier-submitted technical documents, such as BOM, drawings, test reports, compliance documents, and other project acceptance materials.
- Support project quality documentation, test records, issue logs, acceptance documents, and handover-related materials.
- Travel to project sites in Europe and other relevant countries when required. Estimated travel requirement may be around 30%-50%, depending on project needs., * Hands-on exposure to testing, validation, commissioning, quality control, and project acceptance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred; strong practical experience may also be considered.
- Background in electrical engineering, weak current systems, HVAC, mechanical & electrical systems, data center infrastructure, commissioning, testing, or quality control is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with data center, ICT infrastructure, critical facilities, industrial projects, MEP systems, electrical systems, HVAC, weak current systems, or large technical infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with testing and validation project processes, including test plans, test cases, test execution, issue tracking, test reports, and acceptance documentation.
- Able to read and review technical documents such as BOM, drawings, test reports, compliance documents, and supplier documentation.
- Good understanding of quality, safety, EHS, and project delivery requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Professional working English is required.
- Mandarin Chinese skills are a strong advantage for internal and supplier coordination, but not mandatory.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
