What you bringPerformance management of applications, databases and infrastructure, utilizing software automation and monitoring tools like PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana and Pipelines.Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP), MS-SQL databases, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID as well as GenAI.Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with IAM concepts, processes and understanding of security, risks and governance.Technical expertise in IT security and Identity and Access Management, with a keen interest in new trends and technologies; ability to createdocumentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment.Competence in managing tasks in challenging situations, with problem-solving skills; ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and cross-functional teams; experience in incident analysis and handling.Excellent English skills, both written and spoken fluently.At least 3 years of experience in system administration and IT operations; familiarity with modernIGA tools like One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager.Degree in Informatics, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.What we offerWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
