As a Manager, Enterprise Change Management, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of enterprise-wide process, application, data, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. Acting as the change engine within the Enterprise Systems & Intelligence (ESI) organization, you will ensure that business requirements are transformed into measurable outcomes through disciplined planning, governance, communication, and enablement. By operating a single, transparent system for change, you will help deliver predictable releases, increase user adoption, and drive meaningful business value., * Own and manage the enterprise change intake, unified backlog, quarterly planning process, capacity planning, and cross-pillar release calendar to drive predictable execution.
- Lead release readiness activities including CAB reviews, UAT governance, go/no-go decisions, cutover planning, hypercare support, post-implementation reviews, and rollback prevention.
- Design and deliver role-based enablement programs, training materials, job aids, office hours, and assisted adoption initiatives to drive measurable behavioral change.
- Create clear and trusted communications including change notes, executive summaries, stakeholder updates, and “You Said / We Did / What’s Next” messaging.
- Link every release to business outcomes by measuring adoption, productivity, cost, cash, risk, and operational KPIs while maintaining benefits tracking and reporting.
- Partner with Compliance, Security, platform owners, and business leaders to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policy controls, freeze windows, and exception processes.
- Maintain executive scorecards, templates, playbooks, and enterprise change standards while continuously improving transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a remote-based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Change Management, Program Delivery, PMO, or a similar role within complex business, application, and data environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale release trains, CAB processes, UAT activities, cross-functional implementations, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Strong adoption and enablement expertise with the ability to use training, communications, and usage analytics to drive measurable behavioral change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business messaging and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Strong governance and risk management knowledge, including experience working with Compliance, Security, Audit, policy controls, release governance, and change management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to connect change initiatives to KPI outcomes, benefits realization, productivity improvements, cost savings, risk reduction, and executive reporting.
- Nice to have: Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, data and analytics platforms, automation and AI initiatives, as well as certifications such as Prosci/ADKAR, ITIL, SAFe, PMP or Prince2 and tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
