Job description
Reporting to our Senior Art Director (Key Art) you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identities of major film and TV campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your craft, contribute ideas, and execute high-profile projects, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and push boundaries with creative guidance along the way., * Support the Creative team in developing and executing high-quality conceptual key art for a variety of clients and projects.
- Assist in designing key art, including typography, layout, colour grading, artworking and photo compositing.
- Create static assets such as title treatments, pitch decks, social media assets, and adapts of delivered key art for rollout campaigns (including OOH formats).
- Prepare and organise photography from unit and special shoots, stock and reference materials for creative development.
- Assist with image retouching, compositing and artwork production under the guidance of senior creatives.
- Ensure technical accuracy, including image formatting, resolution, and color profiles for both print and digital outputs.
- Understand and respond to creative briefs, solving design challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate effectively with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Producers to refine and elevate the creative process.
- Stay on top of design trends, continuously developing new skills and techniques.
- Maintain project organisation, ensuring assets are properly archived and meet ZEALOT’s standards.
- Handle final artwork preparation, ensuring deliverables meet client and industry specifications.
- Ensure accurate crediting on all finished projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior-Level Key Art Designer to join our growing print studio. If you live and breathe design, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and have a strong portfolio of key art work, we’d love to hear from you., * Deep passion for design, especially film and TV poster design.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creativity and an eye for composition and typography.
- Working knowledge / comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (After Effects and Cinema 4D knowledge is a plus.)
- Evidence of conceptual thinking in portfolio work
- Good understanding of layout, typography, image manipulation and photo compositing.
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and motivated to continually improve.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
- Positive, collaborative and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a reactive, deadline-driven industry.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently when required while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Show an enthusiasm for the industry, contributing ideas for passion pitches and creative opportunities for the team.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am till 6:30pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) and for the occasional late working there is a fair lieu day policy in place.
