Job description
The Creative Content Designer will be responsible for creating polished, performance-focused visual assets across digital, video, web, social and print for both Buy Me Media and our clients.
This role requires genuine design craft, commercial awareness and versatility. We are not looking for someone who simply fills out Canva templates. We need a confident visual storyteller who can take a raw brief, campaign objective, brand framework or piece of data and turn it into creative that gets noticed and delivers a purpose.
Your workload will adapt as client demands shift from week to week. You could be creating paid social creative in the morning, designing a client website page in the afternoon and editing a short-form video or preparing a pitch deck the next day.
You will work closely with our Digital Campaigns team, Account Managers and wider agency to ensure every asset has a clear purpose. Some work will be brand building, some will be conversion focused, and some will be designed to stop the scroll, improve click-through rates or elevate a client presentation., Digital & Performance Design
- Create high-quality visual assets for paid and organic social, Google Ads, display advertising, websites, email campaigns and digital marketing channels.
- Produce conversion-focused creative for platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop multiple creative variations for campaign bursts, testing different hooks, layouts, imagery, messaging and formats.
- Design creative with performance in mind, understanding how visual choices can influence engagement, click-through rates and conversions.
- Work closely with the Digital Campaigns team to understand campaign objectives and ensure creative supports wider marketing strategies.
- Adapt creative concepts into different formats, dimensions and placements while maintaining strong visual consistency.
Website & Digital Design
- Design engaging visual layouts and page assets for client websites, landing pages and digital experiences.
- Create website graphics, banners, imagery, promotional sections and other visual assets that support user journeys and marketing objectives.
- Work within existing brand guidelines and design systems to maintain consistency across websites and digital touchpoints.
- Consider how design works across desktop, tablet and mobile formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn website briefs and campaign requirements into clear, visually engaging designs.
This is a design role rather than a web development role, so you will not be expected to build websites or write code.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social and other digital channels.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create polished, engaging video content.
- Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, subtitles and branded visual elements where appropriate.
- Transform static creative concepts into engaging animated assets.
- Edit and repurpose existing footage into multiple formats and variations for different channels.
- Understand the importance of the opening seconds, pacing and visual storytelling when creating social-first video.
Social Media Content
- Create engaging visual content for organic social media channels across a range of client industries.
- Develop social content that reflects each client’s brand, audience and tone of voice.
- Adapt campaign creative into platform-specific formats and content.

Print & Publication Design
- Design print-ready sales brochures, flyers, campaign collateral, event materials and advertising layouts.
- Create polished marketing materials that translate digital brand identities into high-quality print.
- Prepare final artwork to commercial print specifications, including bleed, margins, colour settings and appropriate file formats.
- Work with printers and suppliers where required to ensure artwork is produced correctly.
Creative Concepts & Trend Strategy
- Keep up to date with creative, social, advertising and visual design trends.

- Build creative concept decks that bring campaign ideas to life and clearly communicate the thinking behind them.

- Bring new ideas to the team rather than simply waiting for a brief.
Presentation & Pitch Design
- Create polished pitch decks, client presentations, strategy documents and performance reports.
- Turn complex information, campaign data and strategic thinking into clear and visually engaging presentations.
- Support new business pitches with creative concepts, visual direction and compelling presentation design.
- Ensure all client-facing materials meet a consistently high visual standard.
