Editing partner websites to ensure content is reflective of the business.

Friendly manner and ability to explain technical issues in plain language

Processing reservations, invoicing (when needed).

Answering phone calls end dealing with customers (when needed).

Answering customer query emails (when needed).

Backing up the person who is dealing with prices on booking systems (when needed).

Dealing with external properties and guests as and when required.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has website and office administration experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and maintain a number of websites. Site formats are Wordpress and PHP / MySQL and applicants must be fully versed in these technologies.
In addition to website management, you will be able to support the team with daily business activities and must be conversant and have a flexible approach to your workload.
Must have a full clean driving license and be able to drive a van Starting wage is National Minimum Wage rising after 6 months’ probation with the company., * GCSE or equivalent (required), * Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- IT: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Website management: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (with van) (required)
