Job description
You will be a key point of contact for SystmOne and related clinical systems, providing user support, maintaining system configuration, supporting data quality, developing guidance and training resources, and contributing to system improvements across the Hospice., This is an excellent opportunity to help improve clinical systems and processes that support high-quality patient care and staff experience. You will work mostly on site, with some opportunity to work from home. We offer a competitive benefits package including generous leave entitlement.
Requirements
Have experience of systems support and user training in a busy operational environment.
Be highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise competing demands.
Communicate confidently with colleagues to resolve queries and improve processes.
Have good IT skills, ideally including SystmOne or other clinical systems.
Be flexible, proactive and committed to St Gemma’s values.
