Requirements

· Do you have an IT-related or computer science higher level qualification and experience of operating within an IT Department?

· Can you act as the first point of contact not only for internal employees but with external IT providers?

· Can you support, maintain and improve digital tools and systems, including Microsoft 365, Donorflex, Vantage and EMIS?

· Do you have experience of working in a healthcare of charity environment?

· Are you enthusiastic and self-motivated and enjoy working within a small team?

If you have the ability to:

· Work under pressure

· Provide excellent customer service and communicate with a variety of people with different levels of IT knowledge

· Coordinate projects complying with governance requirements

· Adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks

Benefits & conditions

Salary: £32,073 to £39,043 (dependent on experience) Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday
