  • Assurer le maintien des systèmes et des serveurs
  • Assurer le maintien de l’Active Directory (périmètre France)
  • Industrialisation des taches du support Helpdesk N1/N2
  • Intervenir à distance (par téléphone, mail…) et ponctuellement auprès de l’utilisateur
  • Piloter les intervenants sur les établissements
  • Partager son expertise technique
  • Participer à la montée en compétences de l’équipe
  • Organiser ses interventions
  • Accueillir les demandes
