Job description

As an IT Onsite Technician, you will be the face of IT support, providing hands-on technical assistance that keeps our employees productive and our workplace technology running smoothly. You will deliver second-level onsite support by resolving hardware, software, and workplace IT issues that require physical intervention, ensuring incidents and service requests are handled efficiently and within agreed service levels.

Working closely with the Service Desk, infrastructure teams, and external vendors, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user devices, support workplace setups, and contribute to hardware lifecycle activities, including deployments, replacements, and decommissioning. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, supporting local IT projects and rollouts, and maintaining accurate asset inventory and technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with users, and delivering outstanding IT support in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

You are a customer-focused IT professional with hands-on experience providing onsite technical support in a fast-paced business environment. You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, working directly with end users, and ensuring technology enables people to perform at their best., * Experience providing second-level IT support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations, and other end-user equipment.
  • Experience with device deployment, imaging, software installation, hardware replacement, and workplace setup.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while meeting SLAs.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with Service Desk teams, infrastructure specialists, and external vendors.
  • Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
