Job description

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet evolving business and operational requirements. Develop dashboards, reports, forms, catalogs, and other platform components to support users and stakeholders. Perform data imports, transformations, and migration activities when required. Create custom functionality using ServiceNow development tools and scripting capabilities. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, applications, and third-party technologies. Execute testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle. Support deployment activities and promote approved changes through various environments into production. Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical designs, and system documentation. Partner with customers, analysts, administrators, and fellow developers to identify requirements and deliver effective solutions. Recommend improvements that enhance platform performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, or administering ServiceNow environments. Experience working within enterprise IT service management platforms and workflows. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective resolutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA Security+ CE certification. Experience supporting Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Customer Service Management, or related ServiceNow capabilities. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Experience building custom applications or extending platform functionality through development. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Security Requirements Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
