Job description

The Client is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to support enterprise Salesforce environments, including platform administration, configuration, automation, security, and user support. This role will support approximately five Salesforce organizations and collaborate closely with Business, QA, IT, and Product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment., Platform Administration (30%)

  • Perform Salesforce user provisioning and access management.
  • Manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and security configurations.
  • Support Salesforce system configuration and platform health monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing platform support.
  • Maintain Salesforce environments across multiple organizations.

Configuration & Automation (40%)

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration updates and enhancements.
  • Support deployments, rollouts, and platform changes.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development processes.
  • Utilize Jira for project tracking and issue management.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with solution design and Salesforce enhancements.
  • Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, QA, IT, and Product teams.
  • Support enterprise Salesforce administration initiatives., The Client is not seeking an advanced Salesforce Flow architect. Candidates should have the ability to:
  • Read and understand existing Flows.
  • Build basic to intermediate Salesforce Flows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation.

Enterprise Salesforce Environment

  • Team supports approximately five Salesforce organizations.
  • Experience working in enterprise, multi-org Salesforce environments is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with Agile/Scrum experience., * Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (required).
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Enterprise Salesforce environment experience.
  • Experience with:
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Salesforce configuration
  • User provisioning
  • Profiles and Permission Sets
  • Security administration
  • Jira
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be a California resident.

  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Healthcare industry environments
  • Git

  • Copado
  • Salesforce DevOps tools
