SAP MDG Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP MDG Functional Consultant to join our critical S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project. This is a high-impact, fully remote contract role focusing on establishing a robust Master Data Governance framework for our new S/4HANA landscape. The consultant will be responsible for the design and delivery of best-practice MDG solutions for core enterprise master data objects., * MDG Solution Delivery: Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG for one or more key domains: Supplier (Vendor/Business Partner), Material, and Customer (Business Partner).

• Greenfield Implementation: Work within an S/4HANA greenfield environment, defining new master data processes, governance rules, and data models from scratch.
• Blueprint & Design: Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, gather detailed business requirements, and create functional specifications and blueprint documentation in line with SAP Activate methodology.
• Configuration & Testing: Perform hands-on configuration of MDG components, including Data Models, UI Models, Process Models, Workflow (BRFplus/Workflow), and the Data Replication Framework (DRF).
• Data Integrity: Design and implement rules for data validation, enrichment, and derivation to ensure high data quality and consistency across the new system.
• Deployment Deliverables: Contribute to all typical SAP deployment activities, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support, Cutover activities, and Hypercare.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least 2-3 full-cycle MDG implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MDG for at least one of the following master data domains: Supplier/Business Partner, Material, or Customer/Business Partner.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation projects, ideally in a greenfield setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data Governance principles, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration (Data Models, BRFplus, Workflow, DRF).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote model with strong discipline.
