IT Technical Support

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Technical Support specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Your expertise will help empower users to work efficiently and securely across various platforms and systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot a wide range of technical challenges, support diverse operating systems, and contribute to maintaining a resilient IT environment.

Duties

• Take ownership of 1st and 2nd line support issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to users as soon as possible; escalating incidents where necessary.
• Action issues with printers, copiers and scanners, drawing issues to a successful resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Encourage and help drive the site’s food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in the process that impacts the safety, quality and legality of our products.
• Resolve complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, phones).
• Understanding of WiFi and IT connectivity concepts.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, NAT)
• Be approachable, understanding the needs of stakeholders with various levels of I.T query.
