Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled CRM Full-Stack Software Engineer for an initial 3-month contract to support the development, optimisation, and scaling of a modern CRM platform. You will work across the full stack to deliver secure, high-performance features and contribute to a microservices-based, cloud-native architecture., During the initial contract period, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver core CRM features across frontend and backend
  • Build and optimise microservices supporting customer workflows
  • Implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs
  • Improve performance and reliability of existing CRM modules
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments
  • Support integrations with third-party services
  • Ensure high code quality through TDD, Jest, and Cypress
  • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to meet sprint goals

Project Overview

You will contribute to the design and development of a scalable CRM platform used to:

  • Manage customer lifecycle and engagement
  • Store and process customer and organisation data
  • Automate workflows and notifications
  • Provide reporting dashboards and analytics
  • Integrate with third-party services and APIs
  • Support internal operational tools

The platform is built using modern TypeScript-based full-stack technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure., * Design, develop, and maintain CRM platform features across the full stack

  • Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Develop modern user interfaces using React and Next.js
  • Design and maintain relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Build secure and performant RESTful APIs
  • Implement microservices and distributed backend systems
  • Optimise application performance and reliability
  • Implement automated tests using Jest, Cypress, and TDD practices
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments using Docker
  • Support cloud-based infrastructure and distributed services

  • Accessibility improvements (WCAG standards)
