pGrupo TECDATA Engineering busca un líder técnico para dirigir un squad de desarrollo backend en Madrid, orientado a soluciones basadas en microservicios y API First.Trabajarás definiendo la estrategia técnica, garantizando rendimiento y escalabilidad, y supervisando despliegues continuos./ppSe valorará experiencia con Java, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD y metodologías Agile/Scrum, así como inglés y español.Mentoría y onboarding de desarrolladores serán parte de tus responsabilidades./p #J-*****-Ljbffr
