Senior Ml Engineer: End-To-End Production Systems

Digital Waffle is building real AI agents and seeks a full-time Machine Learning Engineer to own the ML stack from data to production.You will bridge research and production, shipping end-to-end pipelines, training, evaluation, and deployment at scale while improving latency and cost.You’ll work with Py Torch/JAX and tools like Deep Speed, Megatron, and Ray, designing robust systems, quantisation, and memory optimisations.Strong ownership and hands-on delivery are essential.
