Job description

Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland, We are seeking a BI Developer on a 12-month fixed term contract to help deliver a suite of strategic reporting and analytics assets that will establish a strong foundation for future data and analytics capabilities across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, data teams, and senior leadership, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The role will also support ad hoc analytical and reporting requirements for the Group CEO, requiring an individual who can balance structured delivery with responsiveness to business needs., * Develop BI assets and frameworks that will be used by the Data & Analytics teams to act as foundations for any project.

  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Deliver strategic reporting assets that underpin the organisation’s future analytics capability.
  • Support BI governance, data quality, and reporting best practices across the business.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to senior stakeholders, including the Group CEO.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related data-focused role.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end reporting and BI solutions.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of dimensional data modelling and reporting best practices.
  • Exposure to data governance, data quality, or information management initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Power BI development experience, including semantic models and dashboard design.
  • Advanced DAX skills for creating robust and efficient reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics or other data warehouse technologies
  • Experience utilising APIs for data extraction, specifically Microsoft Graph.
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, including Kimball methodology.
  • Exposure to UI/UX optimisation beneficial
  • Experience with Power BI administration; knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate would be advantageous., * Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  • Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development within the data and analytics field.
