Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect, Professional Services Consultant or Technical Consultant to join a collaborative, product-led organisation where you’ll play a key role in shaping how enterprise customers successfully implement and adopt the platform.

Rather than simply delivering demonstrations or coordinating projects, you’ll own the solution design process for complex customer implementations, acting as the bridge between customers, Product and Engineering teams.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading customer discovery workshops to understand business processes and technical requirements.
• Challenging customer requirements where appropriate and recommending best-practice solutions.
• Designing scalable implementation approaches aligned to both customer needs and product capability.
• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical delivery.
• Supporting complex enterprise implementations from discovery through to successful go-live.
• Building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Helping refine and mature the organisation’s Professional Services methodology as the company continues to grow.

• Pre-Sales Engineer (with strong implementation experience)

You’ll ideally have experience of:

• SaaS implementations.
• Enterprise customer discovery.
• Business process mapping.
• Stakeholder management.
• Solution design.
• Working alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Presenting complex software solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Influencing customers and challenging requirements to achieve better outcomes.

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
