Project Manager SAP ECC

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC rollout and upgrade projects in an international environment with clients based in the U.S. and Mexico., * Lead end-to-end SAP ECC rollout and upgrade projects

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, and business workstreams
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage executive-level stakeholders in global environments
• Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Resolve cross-team conflicts and avoid unnecessary escalations
• Ensure proper prioritization of client requirements
• Maintain clear and structured communication with global teams and clients

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, We are looking for a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, executive communication abilities, and a solution-driven mindset capable of managing high-pressure environments., * Proven experience as SAP ECC Project Manager

• Strong background in complex SAP rollouts and upgrade projects
• Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycle:
• SIT, UAT, Regression Testing
• Cutover
• Hypercare
• Experience working with global/offshore teams
• Strong executive communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Skilled in stakeholder management in complex environments
• Advanced English (mandatory)
