What You’ll DoOwn the Flutter Experience : Lead development and enhancements of Hypervolt’s mobile apps in Flutter, pushing the boundaries of performance and llaborate & Innovate : Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to build features that reflect our commitment to beautiful, intuitive UI/UX.Architect for Scale : Make impactful decisions about code structure, performance optimization, and best practices as we expand our global user base.Startup Mindset : Thrive in an environment that values speed, autonomy, and proactive ntor & Lead : Guide junior developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices across the codebase.Projects You’ll Work OnAs part of our User Experience team, you will focus on the most important family of products Hypervolt creates for its customers:Mobile & i Pad App : Creating and refining a smooth, intuitive user experience for EV owners.Desktop App : Bringing powerful tools and features to a native desktop environment.Web App : Delivering a sleek, responsive interface that serves a broad user base online.In-House Service Portal : Supporting our service and support teams with efficient, user?centric tools.Fleet Application & Dashboard : Powering commercial fleet managers with real?time data and intelligent analytics.What We’re Looking ForExperience at the Highest Level of Professional Software Development : We want “super hardcore” developers who excel at solving tough technical challenges, writing clean, efficient code, and delivering reliable features under demanding conditions.Startup Background : Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desired.You should be comfortable operating with less structure and support than in a large corporate setting, taking full ownership and nsumer-Facing Applications : A proven track record of launching and maintaining products at scale (experience with large-scale consumer tech is a plus).Passion for UI/UX : We obsess over the details.A keen eye for design and a desire to create beautiful, intuitive user experiences is central to everything we do.Fast-Growing Environment : Ability to thrive in a rapidly scaling, fast?paced company, balancing multiple priorities and projects at petitive Salary & Generous Stock Options : Be rewarded for helping us grow and succeed.Hybrid Working Policy : 3 days a week in our prime offices in Azca, Madrid, and flexibility to work from home otherwise.Diverse International Environment : English is the main company language, and our team is spread across different countries and cultures.Professional Growth : Opportunities for career advancement and development within a fast?growing company.Inclusive Environment : Join a diverse, inclusive team that values collaboration and innovation.
