Systems Administrator

· Installation & Configuration: Setting up workstations, installing hardware and software, and ensuring usability

· Technical Support: Responding to user issues in person, via phone, or remotely; diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network problems

· Maintenance & Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, replacing faulty components, and conducting safety checks on equipment

· Documentation: Keeping logs of repairs, updates, and maintenance schedules; managing technical documentation

· Security & Updates: Installing/updating antivirus software, ensuring data privacy, and applying system upgrades

· User Training: Assisting users with technical challenges and training staff on new technologies

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Knowledge of Windows OS, networking hardware, and security protocols

· Familiarity with tools like Citrix, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Office

· Ability to read technical manuals and procedural documentation

· Experience with backup and recovery procedures.

Education & Experience

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
