TRAMS Specialist

• Manage overall TRAMS system functionalities
• Complete TRAMS reconciliation, daily/weekly/monthly
• Reconcile Hotel/Car commission statements from third party vendors against TRAMS
• Invoice unmatched commissions
• Air transactions: Interface ARC, reports and overall TRAMS data
• Maintain TRAMS settings and configurations up to date
• Ensure transactions data are standardized
• Collaborate with the team in creating an SOP for TRAMS processes
• Maintain accurate records within TRAMS
• Daily communication with staff
• Other duties as assigned

National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced TRAMS Specialist. This individual will be responsible for TRAMS (back office accounting system) maintenance and reconciliations. The selected person needs to have a TRAMS certification plus proven experience, in addition to attention to detail and ability to work independently., * High School Diploma or GED

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must be TRAMS Certified
• Must have at least 2 years of TRAMS management experience
• Ability to work remotely, independently
• Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook
