Infrastructure Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established public sector organization seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for enterprise systems and network infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving infrastructure projects, and improving collaboration across IT. You’ll oversee enterprise infrastructure operations while helping modernize processes and break down silos between systems and networking teams. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers supporting enterprise systems and networking.
• Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, storage, backups, networking, and security infrastructure.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements.
• Partner with leadership to establish priorities, improve cross-team collaboration, and increase project visibility.
• Provide technical guidance on complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and highly available enterprise infrastructure., * Opportunity to influence the direction of the infrastructure team and drive meaningful organizational improvements.

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure or IT operations teams.
• Strong background with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of networking technologies, including Cisco, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate across departments.
• Comfortable working in a highly visible leadership role within a structured enterprise environment.
