Requirements
· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics principles applying to jet engines.
· Ability to interpret diagrams and technical publications inspection tables.
· Demonstrated use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and dial indicators when inspecting parts for wear or defects.
· Ability to communicate finding to customer engineering personnel.
· Maintained accurate records of defect monitoring for future reference.
· Support Engineering Investigations with GE, USN, and OEM’s
· Document field defect into IFS database.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

1-2 years in Aviation hardware Inspection

Knowledge of MS Suite, Word, Excel and Access
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with GE and Navy technical data systems
-
Capable of working in teams and independently.
-
FAA A&P license
