IT Project Manager

We’re working with a globally recognised organisation that is investing heavily in modernising its global technology estate. They are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a newly established transformation team responsible for delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes across multiple international locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading complex IT projects, working with senior stakeholders, and driving delivery across globally distributed teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Coordinating cross-functional technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports.
• Tracking actions, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
• Supporting enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives across multiple countries and time zones.
• Providing regular progress updates to leadership and project sponsors.

• 7+ years’ experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating technical teams within infrastructure, cloud, networking, security or enterprise IT environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using project planning tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar.
• Comfortable working within complex global organisations.

• Experience delivering global infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Exposure to network, cloud or enterprise technology projects.
