Vice President, Enterprise Technology & Digital Innovation

The Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Digital Innovation will lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous evolution of the technology ecosystem that powers product creation, manufacturing, planning, customer experience, distribution, and business intelligence. This leader will partner with every function across the organization to drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation., * Develop and execute the company’s enterprise technology and digital innovation strategy.

• Lead the strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of A2000 ERP.
• Own Centric PLM and the end-to-end product development technology ecosystem.
• Drive enterprise AI initiatives that improve productivity, creativity, decision-making, and customer experience.
• Lead enterprise integrations across EDI, Shopify, NuORDER, Domo, WMS, CRM, and future business platforms.
• Simplify, standardize, and automate business processes across the organization.
• Build executive dashboards with real-time visibility into sales, inventory, production, planning, customer service, finance, and operational performance.
• Establish enterprise data governance, systems architecture, integration standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure strategy, business continuity, and technology governance.
• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, Production, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Distribution, HR, and Executive Leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology and enterprise applications team.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments that create competitive advantage.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in apparel, footwear, consumer products, manufacturing, or retail.
• Proven success leading enterprise technology modernization and digital transformation.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ERP and PLM platforms.
• Strong preference for experience with: A2000 ERP, Centric PLM, Shopify, NuORDER, Domo, EDI, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Deep understanding of product development, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, planning, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills., * How many years of leadership experience do you have in apparel, footwear, consumer products, manufacturing, or retail?

Salary Range $USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
