Design Engineer

• Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, science, and engineering technology
• Solid background in CAD techniques
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools

Education and Experience

• Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school highly recommended
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Minimum two years drafting experience
• Construction or woodworking background helpful
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

• The Engineering role regularly requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• The Maintenance role may require climbing a ladder and crawling into awkward spaces, * Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, science, and engineering technology
