AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer turns business ideas into intelligent products that employees use every day. This role is responsible for building, deploying, and improving AI agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent applications that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate loves building products, moving quickly from prototype to production, and creating experiences that users actively adopt and rely upon. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered business solutions
• Build conversational experiences and intelligent user interfaces
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Improve AI solutions through continuous feedback and iteration
• Drive product adoption and user engagement
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems and data sources

• Measure business impact and continuously optimize solutions What Success Looks Like

• Experience building AI-powered applications, agents, chatbots, or copilots
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience using modern AI platforms and LLMs
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI solution design
• Demonstrated ability to prototype and ship solutions quickly Passion for solving business problems through technology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Copilot Studio experience
• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• RAG implementation experience
• MCP-enabled workflows
• Voice AI or conversational AI experience
• GitHub projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions
• Full-stack development experience
• Experience creating products from concept through adoption
